First of all, I almost never write reviews on websites! But, today I must do exactly that. 

I first saw Charlie about two years ago. My situation was unusual because it turns out that much of my issue is an auditory processing disorder. I was so hopeful that hearing aids would work. Charlie worked very patiently with me over numerous visits to find hearing aids that were very helpful. I was so discouraged, but Charlie was patient, kind and compassionate! He never gave up on me.

Recently, I did something to one of my hearing aids and it broke into two pieces! I called him and he was able to see me the next day. I arrived, fully expecting to pay for a brand new device. When I embarrassingly showed him what I had, I fully expected him to chide me and order a new one. His first response was “I might be able to fix that.” He worked to finish taking my hearing aid apart and then fiddled through his array of supplies. He found something he thought might work and it DID! 

Charlie later told me he had NEVER seen that happen before. Yet, he worked with me and I was out of his office in 30 minutes. My hearing aid was good as new – and his fee was beyond reasonable! I cannot believe what a gift this man has been to me and the many others I’ve referred to him!
